Kauai Coffee Company sits on the western slope of the Isle of Kauai, where volcanic soil, tropical rain, and year-round sunshine create growing conditions that don't exist anywhere else in the United States. At 3,100 acres, it's the largest coffee farm in America — and one of the few places in the country where coffee is commercially grown at all.
The Operation
